Shipping Information
Most items normally ship via UPS Ground or common motor freight carrier. Special delivery requirements such as stairs, uncrating, debris removal, re-delivery, and the like may incur extra charges. Please specify any such needs in the Comments: field during the Billing portion of your checkout and one of our helpful representatives will contact you with further details. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.
International Orders
We do not ship items outside of the United States. Shipments to Canada are the only exception to this policy. For orders shipping to Canada, please call for a quote.
Damaged Shipments
If you receive a shipping container that appears damaged, either refuse delivery or note exceptions, in detail, on the delivery receipt or bill of lading. DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY PACKING MATERIALS, be sure to save all of it. Check for concealed damage, and report any PRODUCT damage to us within 24 hours of receipt. At that time a cutsomer service representative will provide further instructions to resolve the problem.
Returns
Within the first 15 days after receiving, any normally stocked merchandise returned for reasons other than shipping damage, will be credited for the original purchase price less a 20% restocking fee and any shipping charges. Custom color or custom imprinted items cannot be returned for any reason other than shipping damage whereby a claim must be made by the receiver and all packing material must be retained. To request a return, please contact CFS for a return authorization. Goods must be returned complete with no pieces missing and damage free. It is your responsibility to ship the return items back to us, in the original packaging, and MUST be insured for the purchase price. Please call us for complete details 1-888-237-3221.
